Community Little Hulton’s mission is to inspire today’s youth and to bring the community together to enhance everybody’s wellbeing.

We are a local charity, run by local people

CommUNITY Little Hulton is a membership organisation, with over 1000 members.

We run a weekly food club where 12 items can be purchased for £2.50 as well as a nappies, milk and wipes service for members with under 5's.

Groups include a weekly games group and our It's Thursday! weekly social group.

Our Youth Unity Youth Club hold sessions weekly - Wednesday for 8 - 11 years olds and Thursday for 11 - 16 year olds.

We also run forest school and gardening sessions in local schools, have community cooking sessions and lots more availble for the local community!

We recently raised enough money to build our forever home - work started on the new pavilion in April 2024 and we celebrated our grand opening in March 2025!

We are inviting you to send us your proposals for a share of £65,000 dedicated to support you and your ambitions to help Little Hultoners Live Well. ❤️

There are 3 ways to apply:

1. Send your proposals directly to Alison.jones@communitylittlehulton.co.uk 📧

2. Get help writing your proposal from Amy.morris-hallsworth@salford.gov.uk and fay.flatt@salford.gov.uk 🖊️

3. Share your ideas on camera and get a professional video from Stewart.knights@salfordcvs.co.uk 🎥

Criteria:

- We are offering funding for resources, capital expenditure, peoples time, room cost

- We are inviting community and voluntary groups to apply

- Beneficiaries of funded projects can be any age

- Applicants can be any age, as long as they are a community or voluntary group

Key dates: 📆

Applications due by 7th May at midnight. 🕛

Public voting to take place from 17th to 24th May. 🗳️

Decisions made and funds released by June. 🙌

Money to be spent by December 1st. 🥇

The vision for Peel Park

We have been working on plans for the Pavilion at the park which we are now proud to say is open! This new state-of the art building is another thing to love about Peel Park, accompanying the bike track, Cruyff court, and forest school which is taking shape!
